Silver Plan ($199 annually)
The Silver Plan is for our customers who are looking for the perks of a maintenance agreement package without the extra bells and whistles. The Silver Plan includes:
Priority service guarantee
- 5% discount on all service and repairs
- 16-point summer cooling system inspection
- Verification of air conditioning refrigerant charge
- 10-point winter heating system inspection
Gold Plan ($299 annually)
The Gold Plan is designed for those who want a little more than the Silver Plan offers. Customers who choose the Gold Plan will receive all of the perks included in the Silver Plan and the following:
- Condenser coil chemically cleaned
- Indoor blower wheel chemically cleaned
- Evaporator coil cleaning
- Drain pan treatment
- Furnace combustion analysis
- Premium 1” pleated air filter
Platinum Plan ($399)
Don’t cut any corners! For those who want the plan with the best value, we recommend the Platinum Plan. The Platinum Plan includes all the products and services found in the Silver and Gold Plans plus:
- High efficiency air cleaner filter media
- Whole home humidifier pad
- Up to 1 lb. of refrigerant (R22 – R410)
- $100 accrual toward replacement system*
*BEST Bucks accrual is up to $500 toward a complete system replacement, indoor air quality accessory, furnace, air handler, air conditioner or heat pump installation.
